Design Inspiration & colours

Tianna & Bradley wanted their Wedding Day to be full of fun, beautiful florals, warmth and family and above all, outdoors and by the sea.  Sandstone Point Hotel was the perfect location, with their newly built white chapel with the Pumicestone Passage back drop and the large upstairs Reception space overlooking the ocean which could cater for all of their guests.  It really was a perfect location for a coastal Wedding Day.

With an italian background, they opted for a combination of full rose blooms combined with lisianthus and other florals, packed out with olive stems, magnolia leaves and draping greenery.

The Flowers

With a colour palette inspired by the soft sage of the Bridesmaids dresses and the beautiful textural detail of Tianna’s Wedding gown, we created beautiful floral details using reflexed imported roses, lisianthus blooms and other florals and greenery.

Full of special imported roses including fragrant white ohara’s, blush quicksands, toffees and local cappucchino roses combined with peach lisianthus and textures of white stock and andromeda, paired with greens of olive, magnolia, peppercorn and gum – the result was perfection

The Celebration

The reception, set in the upstairs Pumicestone main room, with it’s beautiful ceiling drop chandeliers and white rounded bistro style chairs, it was a gorgeous pairing with our high table florals almost floating, set atop our black metal stands.

Our high based florals provided a luxurious feel to the room, with an abundance of reflexed roses and other blooms and full, draping greenery.  It all came together so beautifully and created those forever memories you would  expect to have from your Wedding Day!
