Unlike a full scope design, this optionis perfect for couples looking forbridal florals only and don’t require our full services, additional décor orstyling team.

We design with your colour palette,sesasonal blooms and style in mind and includes:

  • Introductory consultation + 1 hour phone or video consultation
  • Bridal florals for you and your bridal party and other ceremony florals
  • Delivery of florals to your chosen location (within the Brisbane area)
  • Choose from fresh, artificial or preserved elements

For those looking for a beautifully designed wedding ceremony and reception tailor-made to suit their style. Intended for a minimalistic look that requires a limited amount of elements and florals but perfect for those choosing a private property, coastal affair or a venue/space without a wedding stylist.

  • Our services include:
    Introductory consultation + 1 hour design session in studio + 1 hour final design session 4-6 weeks prior to your Wedding
  • Vision board development – secret Pinterest Board to pin and develop your ideas
  • Bridal florals for you and your bridal party Selection of ceremony arbours and styles with decorative florals Table décor with florals for your bridal table and guest tables Installation, set up, collect and pack down service
  • 2 hours maximum on-site set up and installation
  • 2 stylists on-site (additional charges apply for 3 or more stylists)

For those looking to make a statement with opulent florals, décor and styling with all thetrimmings. A perfect option for those who value the importance of flowers in abundance, beautiful aesthetics and what it brings to their event by having a true professional by their side.

This wedding package includes:

  • Introductory Consultation
  • 2 x 1 hour design sessions in our studio
  • Vision, design & mood board development
  • Full written proposal summary and scope
  • Carefully selected décor hire items with sourcing services included
  • Ongoing design development and unlimited access
  • Venue liaison and on-site inspection
  • On-site Day Co-ordination up to 4 hours
  • Vendor Co-ordination (up to 1 week prior to your Wedding)
  • Delivery, installation, set up and pack down included!

We take the time to fully understand and develop your vision and discuss your ideas. Offering suggestions for your floral designs and walking through your requirements. We will oversee visual elements to ensure cohesiveness through styling and florals. We provide visual perspective outlining your colour palette, flower styling and overall design ensuring cohesiveness with your vision. We invite you to explore your ideas and add to this board to ensure we fully understand and capture the look you want.

Ensuring everything is included in our services, a full proposal is provided including every detail and item that is required for your event. Carefully selected décor to suit your styling design and what we don’t have we’ll source for you to complete your design.

We keep you in the loop with all things design and continue to work with you until everything is in place and a full scope has been developed for your Wedding day.

Liaising with all your Vendors leading up to and on the day, is so important to ensure everything is running on schedule and runs smoothly. We include 4 hours on-site coordination to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible with your set up and our styling team. We also communicate with all your Vendors, regarding location how to get there, times and set up requirements and well as meeting them on-site. So rather than dealing with multiple vendors we can manage all this for you!

Communication with your venue is important as is ensuring our designs will work well with your chosen space. We include 1 site visit and ensure open collaboration with your venue.We invite you to consider attending the site inspection with us too!

Our team will deliver, install and pack down so that everything is seamless and perfect foryour event.

Minimum investment for our full service floral design service begins at $4,500. Please contact us to get started on a custom event proposal.

Set Up & Style It Services

DIY Venue Styling – Got everything you need and just need a stylist for a day?
This option is perfect for those who have everything organised at the venue or privateproperty but needs a professional team to complete the overall design.

  • Introductory Consultation
  • 1 hour phone or video design consultation
  • Mock up design to ensure cohesiveness of design
  • 2 hours maximum on-site set up and installation
  • 1 stylist on-site (additional charges apply for 2 or more stylists)

Price varies depending on set up requirements. Minimum investment for this option is $1000 (2 hours and 1 stylist) or $1500 (2 hours and 2 stylists), plus travel fees.

We never restrict ourselves from other fun creative projects, installations or collaborations.

When do you order my flowers?

Weddings are considered special orders so our orders need to be placed around 4 weeks prior to your Wedding. This usually occurs after we’ve had our final design session with you.

Do you deliver to my venue?

Yes, as part of our services we deliver to your venue or location on the morning of your Wedding for a minimal fee.  Should you have any styling requirements booked in, we don’t charge you extra.

How are my flowers delivered on the day?

Your bouquets are delivered in a high quality Wedding Box with a water hydration attached to their stems to ensure they are well hydrated before you need them.  They are delivered usually just before your photographer arrives, so they are part of your Wedding picture memories.

Has COVID affected the supply and pricing of flowers?

Yes, COVID has affected supply and as a result we have been experiencing both shortages and pricing increases across the board but especially for the popular imported blooms from Equador and Kenya. With designers turning to locally sourced product it has placed increasing demand on these growers, which in turn is pushing pricing up and pressures on advance ordering requirements. With every client we always do our very best in sourcing blooms that we’ve discussed however given nature and these other issues, it’s not always possible. We’ll always source suitable substitutes that we know you’ll love.

Can you provide guidance on COVID restrictions?

Yes, we always keep uptodate with the COVID restrictions and have been working with lockdowns and restrictions now since it started in March 2020.  We have also coordinated many Weddings under the COVID Industry Safe Plan for our Industry too, so rest assured we can help.

How fresh are my flowers for my Wedding and will they last?

Absolutely! Your flowers are as fresh as they can possibly be! They are delivered from our suppliers usually as soon as they come in from their local growers or suppliers, so they aren’t sitting around.  We then prep all your flowers by stripping them, cutting them and feeding them allowing them a day of rest in our temperature controlled fridge before we start to use them in our designs.

Do you have everlasting preserved options?

Yes, we have a selection of preserved and dried florals and elements too, so if you are looking to use preserved or dried elements in your bouquets we have you covered!  We also sell these items by the stem too!

Do you do Cake Florals?

Yes, absolutely!  We can work in with your cake baker or supplier by providing a selection of cake florals on the day or we can create cake floral arrangements that can simply be inserted to your cake.  Be sure to have a cake inspiration photo so that we can provide sufficient blooms or create those perfect arrangements.

We always use food grade wire and tape to ensure there’s no issue with toxicity or chemical transference to your cake, so it’s always a safe option for you and your guests.

When can I book in a consultation with you?
