Rather than being locked in with set wedding packages we offer an experience and service that is custom tailored to you, your wedding and your dreams. This allows for creative exploration and development and helps us get you precisely what you’re looking for.
To achieve this we offer three types of wedding packages and services – florals only, styling and florals or fully bespoke.

Unlike a full scope wedding package, this option is perfect if you’re looking for a Wedding florist to create your flowers and don’t require additional décor or styling.
We’ll focus on getting you the beautiful floral look you’re looking for, in line with your colour palette and style, and embracing seasonal and local blooms. Pricing starts from $1500 with a final price based on customisation and requirements.
This wedding package includes:
- Introductory consultation + 1 hour phone or video consultation
- Bridal florals for you and your bridal party and other ceremony florals
- Delivery of florals to your chosen location (within the Brisbane area)
- Choose from fresh, artificial or preserved elements

Florals & Styling
This service is for those looking for beautifully designed wedding ceremony and reception
flowers tailor-made to suit their style. Intended for a minimalistic look that requires a limited amount of elements and florals. Perfect for those choosing a private property, coastal affair or a venue/space without a wedding stylist.
Pricing starts from $2500 with a final price based on requirements, inclusions and customisation.
This wedding package includes:
- Introductory consultation + 1 hour design session in studio + 1 hour final design session 8 weeks prior to your wedding or event.
- Vision board development – secret Pinterest Board to pin and develop your ideas
- Bridal florals for you and your bridal party
- Selection of ceremony arbours and styles with decorative florals
- Table décor with florals for your bridal table and guest tables Installation
- 2 hours maximum on-site set up and installation
- 2 stylists on-site (additional charges apply for 3 or more stylists)
- Day co-ordinator services are available at additional charge

Full Service Styling & Florals
In this full service offering we’ll include bridal florals, the ceremony arbour, ceremony florals, reception florals and opulent décor. As always, we take the time to fully understand andevelop your vision and discuss your ideas and walk through your requirements. We’re happy to offer suggestions and advice for your floral designs and styling needs.
With our vision and design boards we’ll provide a visual perspective outlining your colour palette, flower styling and overall design ensuring cohesiveness with your vision. We invite you to explore your ideas and add to this board to ensure we fully understand and capture the look you want.
Ensuring everything is included in our services, we include a full proposal detailing every element and item that’s required for your event. We carefully select the décor to suit your styling design and what we don’t have we’ll source for you to complete your design. From the day we begin we keep you in the loop with all things design. We continue to work with you until everything is in place and a full scope has been developed for your own beautiful wedding day.
Communication with your venue is important as is ensuring our designs will work well with your chosen space. We include one site visit and ensure open collaboration with your venue. We invite you to consider attending the site inspection with us too! We’ll also liaise with all your suppliers and vendors leading up to and on the day to ensure everything is prepared, arrives on time and run on schedule on the day. So rather than dealing with multiple vendors we can manage all this for you!
This service also includes four hours on-site coordination for set up and styling. Our team will deliver, install and pack down so that everything is seamless and perfect for you on your day.
Pricing starts at $4500 with a final price based on requirements, inclusions and customisation.
This wedding package includes:
- Introductory consultation
- 2 x 1 hour design sessions in our studio
- Vision, design & mood board development
- Full written proposal summary and scope
- Carefully selected décor hire items with sourcing services included
- Ongoing design development and unlimited access
- Venue liaison and on-site inspection
- On-site day co-ordination up to 4 hours
- Vendor co-ordination (up to 1 week prior to your wedding)
- Delivery, installation, set up and pack down included!
Minimum investment begins at $4500
Set Up & Style It Services
This wedding package is your DIY venue styling option and is perfect if you’ve got everything
you need and just need a stylist for a day. Often our clients who choose this wedding package
already have everything organised at the venue or private property but need a professional
team to complete the overall design.
This wedding package includes:
- Introductory consultation
- 1 hour phone or video design consultation
- Mock-up design to ensure cohesiveness of design
- 2 hours maximum on-site set up and installation
- 1 stylist on-site (additional charges apply for 2 or more stylists)
Minimum investment for this option is $1000 (2 hours and 1 stylist) or $1500 (2 hours and
2 stylists), plus travel fees. Final price depends on set up and staffing requirements.

When do you order my flowers?
Weddings are considered special orders so our orders need to be placed around 8 weeks prior to your Wedding. This usually occurs after we’ve had our final design session with you and final requirements are confirmed.
Do you deliver to my venue?
Yes, as part of our services we deliver to your venue or location on the morning of your Wedding for a minimal fee. Should you have any styling requirements booked in, we don’t charge you extra.
How are my flowers delivered on the day?
Your bouquets are delivered in a high-quality Wedding Box with water hydration to ensure they remain in peak condition when you need them. They’re usually delivered just before your photographer arrives, so they are part of your wedding picture memories.
How fresh are my flowers for my Wedding and will they last?
Absolutely! Your flowers are as fresh as they can possibly be! They are delivered from our suppliers usually as soon as they come in from their local growers or suppliers, so they aren’t sitting around. We then prep all your flowers by stripping them, cutting them and feeding them allowing them a day of rest in our temperature controlled fridge before we start to use them in our designs.
Do you have everlasting preserved options?
Yes, we have a selection of preserved and dried floral design and elements, so if you are looking to use preserved or dried elements in your bouquets we have you covered! We also sell these items by the stem too!
Do you do Cake Florals?
Absolutely! We can work in with your cake baker or supplier by providing a selection of cake decorating florals on the day. Or we can create cake floral arrangements that can simply be inserted added to your final cake design.
We always use food grade wire and tape to ensure there’s no issue with toxicity or chemical transference to your cake. And you can be confident that, so it’s always a safe option for you and your guests.
Be sure to have a cake inspiration photo so that we can provide sufficient blooms or create those perfect arrangements.
When can I book in a consultation with you?
We have consultation timeslots available at scheduled timees depending on our commitments. We also have times outside business hours for those who don’t have the time during the day.
